Go west, nuclear upstarts

At least four proponents are trolling Western Canada for sites to host the region’s first nuclear power plants. They range from established utilities such as SaskPower and Capital Power (neither of which has experience operating nuclear stations) to tiny startups. All proposed projects are in the earliest stages.
